If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, constantly in your head, or like you just can’t fully switch off… this is for you.

These 1:1 sessions are designed to help you gently release stress, regulate your nervous system, and feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.

This isn’t about talking things through for hours or trying to “fix” anything.

It’s about giving your body and mind the space to reset.

Each session is completely tailored to you and may include a blend of:

guided movement

gentle tapping (EFT)

breathwork and grounding

subtle acupressure points and ear seeds

You don’t need to understand any of these techniques — you’ll simply be guided through what feels right for you.
