What is Reset Movement

This is not a traditional dance class and there’s no choreography to perfect or routines to memorise. Instead each session offers guided music-led movement designed to help you move in a way that feels that feels natural, freeing and supportive for your body and mind.

Blending grounding movement, rhythm, breathwork and immersive music, each session is carefully designed to help regulate the nervous system, improve mood and create space to let go of physical and emotional tension.

Whether you’ve had a stressful week, feel mentally overloaded, disconnected from your body, or simply want a different kind of movement experience, RESET offers a welcoming, non-judgemental space to move, breathe and reset.

You do not need to be a dancer or have any fitness experience to join RESET Movement.

You will be gently guided throughout the experience with prompt, movement themes and techniques - but there is no pressure to “get it right”. The focus is on reconnecting with your body, expressing yourself through movement and allowing the music to guide you in a way that feels good.

The Experience

Sessions may include immersive lighting, music and silent disco/headset experiences depending on the venue and event style, creating a fully immersive movement environment designed to help you disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
