These fun, welcoming sessions are designed to get both children and adults moving, connecting and enjoying music together. Expect uplifting music, simple guided movement, dancing, imagination and plenty of smiles – there's no choreography to learn, just a chance to move in whatever way feels good.

Perfect for families, little ones and anyone passing by who fancies joining in for 20–30 minutes. You don't need to book – simply drop by and join when you see us!

I'll be running 2–3 sessions throughout the day, so if you miss one, there's every chance you can catch the next.
