A gentle but powerful guided movement class to help you release tension, calm your mind, rebalance your hormones and lift your energy.
Through guided movement, music and breath, we loosen the places where stress sits - shoulders, jaw, hips, belly - and allow emotion, heaviness and overwhelm to move through and out of the body.

A gentle grounding class blending mindful movement, flowing rhythms and relaxation. Perfect for beginners, older adults or anyone looking for a calming yet energising dance experience
E-MOTION: Energise & Release
An uplifting, high energy class with driving rhythms and full body expression. A cardio style dance workout that leaves you feeling fit, confident and free.
E-MOTION: Ground, Open & Rise
A soulful dance journey from earthy beats through uplifting energy, into the light ethereal soundscapes. Ideal for those seeking a blend of both themes of movement and mindfulness.

As a woman, a mother and someone navigating perimenopause symptoms myself, I felt the emotional and physical load building in my body.
The tension, the overwhelm, the fatigue, the mood shifts — the “fullness.”
I discovered that gentle, intuitive movement could release emotional charge, regulate hormones and bring my nervous system back into balance.
It became the most healing, grounding practice I’d experienced.
So I created eMotion Dance as a safe, welcoming space where women can move, breathe, release and reconnect — without pressure, judgement or performance.
It’s movement as medicine.
Movement as emotional release.
Movement as a way back to yourself.
Previously known as Chakra Dance, this offering has evolved into a more grounded, science-informed, feminine wellbeing experience now known as EMOTION Dance — designed to support hormones, energy and emotional balance for women at every stage of life.
FAQs
Do i need to be a dancer?
Not at all! This is not about technique.
If you can sway, walk, breathe or rock on the spot — you can do this class, I help guide you.
Is it high intensity?
It can be in areas but we move between low-impact, gentle, intuitive and grounding and energetic release.
I’m peri/post-menopause — will this help?
Yes. Movement, breath and nervous system regulation support hormones beautifully.
Can i come if i’m anxious or low?
Yes — many women come because they feel this way.
What do i wear?
Anything comfortable to move in (leggings, joggers, loose clothing).
Do i need to bring anything?
For classes: Just water. Mats are provided
For workshops: Water, blanket, socks (Optional: pillow, eye ,mask, journal)
