🌈 Kids’ Creative Movement & Mindfulness

Joyful, expressive, and emotionally supportive classes for children aged 1 –10

Our children’s classes offer a playful mix of free movement, rhythm, music, props, breathwork, and creative relaxation to help little ones explore their bodies, express emotions, and develop emotional resilience — all while having fun.

Through carefully crafted sessions, we help children connect with their inner world, build body confidence, and learn tools to self-regulate — skills that last far beyond the class.

Why It’s Good for Kids:

Kids dancing and playing in a colorful classroom.

Children experience big emotions in a big world. Our creative dance and mindfulness sessions support them by:

  • Boosting body awareness and coordination

  • Supporting emotional expression through movement

  • Encouraging imagination and creativity

  • Improving focus, confidence, and calm

  • Teaching simple relaxation and breathing techniques

All sessions are inclusive, child-led, and designed to meet each child where they are — no pressure, no performance.

What to Expect?

Group of children playing outdoors with a large rainbow parachute under a blue sky with scattered clouds.
  • Welcome & grounding games

  • Guided free-form dance and movement

  • Prop play (scarves, ribbons, instruments, etc.)

  • Emotional expression through story or theme

  • Calming breathwork and creative relaxation

We aim to leave every child feeling a little lighter, brighter and more connected — and give parents simple tools to use at home too.

Parent are also encouraged to join in!

✨ What to expect:

  • Small group size

  • Soft transitions, gentle music, and structured rhythm games

  • Alternating movement with seated or sensory activities

  • Breathing games, calm affirmations, and space to express

  • Suitable for ages: 1- 5 years

📝 Which format is right for your child?

You are welcome to try both sessions and see which one suits your child best. There’s no pressure, and we’re here to support every unique child. Please reach out with any questions, or ask for guidance on which session to start with.

💬 What if my child gets overwhelmed?

It’s completely normal! These classes are built with balance — every high-energy movement is followed by a calming moment

Children are always welcome to observe, sit out, cuddle their grown-up, or use our calm corner if they need space. Most children gradually build confidence over time.

👪 How Parents/Carers Can Support their Child

  • Let them explore in their own way (there’s no wrong way to move!)

  • Sit nearby, join in gently, or encourage with smiles and claps

  • Bring a comfort toy or water bottle if it helps them settle

  • Dress comfortably and expect a few giggles, wiggles, and tumbles!

    💖 A Final Note

This is a creative space — not a performance class. Our goal is to nurture body awareness, emotional confidence, imagination, and connection through movement.

✨ A note for families with siblings in different age groups

We understand some families have children who fall into both sessions. To help you decide:

If your youngest is very little (around 1–2), it usually works best to join the younger group.

If your eldest is nearer 8–9, it’s often better to join the older group so the activities feel right for them.

Either way, all the sessions are designed to be fun and inclusive, so choose what feels best for your family 💜

✨ Don’t forget: There’ll be time to connect with other parents and find out about local activities for little ones — so it’s as much for you as it is for them!

We’re really looking forward to seeing you there.
