Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, depleting, and lonely.

At Breathe In Bliss Out, I create safe, nurturing spaces where mums can reconnect with themselves — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into motherhood, my sessions are designed to offer space to breathe, move, release, and restore.

    • Creative guided meditation to close

    • Often with tea, snacks, and connection time

    Available as:

    • Outdoor workshops (including nature connection/firepit sessions)

    • Indoor events (cozy, calming spaces for winter months)

    • One-off sessions or series
