What is it?

E-MOTION DANCE is a guided dance journey.

30- 45 minute classes that flow from grounding beats to uplifting rhythms to ethereal soundscapes, inviting you to release stress, energise your body and connect with yourself through music.

Each class works through the body, encouraging you to move in new ways, let go of stress, reconnect and stay fit.

Who’s it for?

Anyone who loves music and movement, from complete beginners to confident dancers.

E-MOTION DANCE can be adapted for all ages and abilities, with different class formats to suit your energy and goals.

Where is it?

We are holding a FREE TASTER SESSION on Friday 17th October at Bliss Yoga, in Honiton, you will be able to experience all 3 EMOTION DANCE formats to see which suits you the most! Regular classes will run on Friday mornings from 31st October. To book please use the link below.

    An uplifting, high energy class with driving rhythms and full body expression. A cardio style dance workout that leaves you feeling fit, confident and free.

  • E-MOTION: Ground, Open & Rise

    A soulful dance journey from earthy beats through uplifting energy, into the light ethereal soundscapes. Ideal for those seeking a blend of both themes of movement and mindfulness.
