Chakra Dancing is your invitation to move freely, release stress, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Dance like no one’s watching to an uplifting fusion of tribal drums, funky jazz, Latin beats, Ibiza trance, classical melodies, and Tibetan bowls.

This powerful practice is for everyone – no dance experience needed. Through spontaneous, soulful movement, we’ll unlock stagnant energy, balance the seven chakras, and nourish mind, body, and spirit.

Led by Rebecca from Breathe In Bliss Out Wellness Studio, we’ll journey through joyful self-expression, playfulness, and inner discovery – suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

What happens at a class?

The class will start with some simple stretching, energy releasing & grounding, with an hour of movement to 7 tracks that work at different vibrations and frequencies, which realign our energy, balances our nervous system and can help release tension, stress , emotions and promote general wellbeing.


We wind down our class with some stillness and relaxation to reground our minds and body. Ending the session with Mushroom tea (don't worry, its the totally normal kind!) and cake, a perfect way to unwind and connect with others in a peaceful setting.

What do i need to bring?

Ideally wear some layers.
Bring your yoga mat, a blanket ( and what ever else you want to bring to get comfy and warm, pillows, socks etc) and water.
